We delivery our products throughout the USA using United States Postal Service (USPS).
HOW WE CALCULATE PRICES AND SHIPPING.
(We ship to all 50 states, all US territories, and all US military bases around the world.)
We deliver our products also to International locations using the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS International Priority Mail rates apply to International orders.
Shipping costs reflect USPS rates; mytenda.com has linked up with USPS to provide you with accurate shipping cost. So what you pay at the post office is what you pay on mytenda.com. Due to rising fuel cost a minimal handling service charge will now be added to every transaction.
Mytenda.com also took it a step further to ensure you get the lowest shipping rates possible. We’ve added a flat rate box feature which determines the total shipping cost and boxes use for your order. This is excellent for heavy items that normally would cost twice with regular priority mail.
During checkout, you will be presented with different shipping rates, we recommend choosing the lowest rate available; however you can choose a more expensive one according to your needs.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Unless there is a problem with your order, most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Please check your e-mail a few hours after ordering just in case there is a problem.
Your order will usually reach you within 7-10 business days. International orders may take longer than 10 days.
RETURN POLICY
Because mytenda.com purchases products from various establishments within the C.N.M.I, the products listed in our catalog are subject to availability. In the event that mytenda.com is unable to fulfill an order based on product unavailability, a refund will be issued to the customer in the amount of the product backordered.
With the exception of a product received damaged in shipment, all sales are final. When purchasing products from an International location, mytenda.com customers are responsible for assuring that the products ordered from mytenda.com comply with customers Countries import regulations. Mytenda.com will not be responsible for any charges resulting from loss or damage of ordered products as a result of country import regulations not being followed by the customer. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will be abandoned and will not be refunded. In the event of damaged product, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order shipment to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please keep damaged product and/or a clear photograph of the product and the condition of the box until after having spoken or received an email response from one of our representatives. To email a claim, please contact us at sales@mytenda.com, giving as much detail as possible. Product received damaged may be either replaced with an identical product or the purchase price may be refunded at the discretion of mytenda.com. All other claims are dealt with on a case by case basis.
